This has involved finding the right fit between coaches and hedge fund or asset managers and managing relationships between the two groups. Having been asked by one client to find  the world s greatest trading coach , Lawrence subsequently introduced this individual to 48 institutional clients, sitting in on every meeting in order to gain deeper insight into the issues involved in generating Alpha on the buy side. <br /><br />Lawrence now specialises in coaching fund managers who wish to realise their remaining potential.<br /><br />Lawrence is a director and founder of Informed Edge, an alternative research boutique and is also personally accredited as an executive coach by The Coaching Academy.<br /><br /> <b>Peter Evans</b><br /><br /> Peter has thirty years experience in international banking, coaching and executive search. He started his career at Standard Chartered Bank where he worked in commercial banking in London, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. <br /><br/> In 1988 he joined and subsequently acquired The Consulting Group, a boutique executive search firm which specialised in the capital markets, private & investment banking, and fund management sectors. During his time with The Consulting Group, the Company was rated by The Economist as one of the top two financial services executive search firms in Europe. Peter sold The Consulting Group to TMP Worldwide in 1998 where he was subsequently appointed head of European financial services. In 2002 Peter co-founded Oxygen Coaching, a provider of executive coaching services to hedge funds, asset managers and investment banks and qualified as an executive coach following the completion of a  Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change at INSEAD. <br /><br />In 2007, he acquired a significant equity stake in Savile Group Plc, the AIM listed human resources consultancy, and became a Non-Executive Director and then later CEO.
